Wine Club Agreement & Your Commitment

  • I understand that my credit card will automatically be billed three times per year for my Wine Club shipments, that there are no discounts applied to my three annual club shipments, and I may receive a 15% discount on any additional wine I choose to purchase.
  • I understand that I may cancel my membership at any time after the third shipment.
  • Cancellations/member changes must be received in writing at least four weeks before the next shipment.
  • I understand that as a Wine Club Member I can pick-up each of my wine shipments at the Black Hills Wine Experience Center free of charge.
  • Black Hills Estate Winery will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or re-shipped wines.
  • Membership is non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash and all members must be of legal drinking age.
  • Due to vintage production variation, we reserve the right to change wines or allocations without notice.
